Two Yarns from Wells
Whilst on holiday recently in the UK I purchased two 50g balls of fancy synthetic yarns from a stall at the Wells (Somerset) Saturday market.

I have used the yarns as warps and a black wool yarn as the wefts in open weave tabby. Lightweight summer scarves have resulted, or rather, a fashion accessory with no warmth. The first scarf is 1690mm x 230mm and weighs 60g.
The second scarf is 1650mm x 250mm and weighs 57g.
Both scarves will be on my stall at the Balingup Medieval Carnivale 27-28 August.
