Hand-dyed merino hand-woven with alpaca into scarve

Do you like the Great Southern?  On a visit to Albany recently I purchased three 100g skeins of hand-dyed merino wool from a stall at the Boat Shed Markets on a Sunday morning.  These have been used as the warp on three hand-woven scarves and with 100% Australian alpaca yarns from Tailored Strands as the weft.  Three different  patterns in three different colours but three lovely looking and warm feeling scarves.  Each scarf is nominally 1570mm x 220mm and weighing 150g.

See them soon at Aspects of Kings Park or The Artisan Store Fremantle, depending upon stock movement.

Ash Barty Wimbledon souvenir alpaca handwoven scarf

Are you a tennis tragic?  Then I have the scarf for you.   An Ashleigh Barty Wimbledon Special!

Woven in the mauve and green of the Wimbledon Championship, or in my case lavender and emerald green, it is a great souvenir of Ashleigh's Wimbledon triumph in July of this year.  The 100% Australian alpaca yarn from Tailored Strands will give you that look good, feel good, warm winter luxurious scarf.  And the pattern is not bad too!.

Not a tennis tragic?  Then you can select the complementary lavender coloured scarf in the same pattern.

Buy now direct from the weaver, or see them soon at Aspects of Kings Park or The Artisan Store Fremantle depending upon stock movement.
