Noro Kibou hand-woven scarves

Noro Kibou is a yarn containing 54% cotton, 34% wool and 12% silk.  Its features are the striping colours that occur along its length so resulting in a variety of coloured bands.
I have hand-woven it on a fine light brown warp of Corriedale wool from Bilby Yarns, a Western Australian product. The warp is hardly noticeable against the thicker and colourful Kibou yarn.  Do these country colours and a scarf of 1650mm x 215mm and weighing 115g appeal?
In the second scarf I used a thicker (4-ply) mocha coloured alpaca yarn from Tailored Strands as the warp.  The darker warp gives a dominant background to the multiple colours in the Noro Kibou yarn and highlights the pattern.  Interesting how the background colour influences the overall impression of the scarf.  This will appeal to those that like longer scarves as this one is 1870mm x 200mm and weighs 150g.
See them soon at Aspects of Kings Park or The Artisan Store Fremantle depending upon stock movement.
